The prompt

Write the slides from this approved outline.

<outline>
{{OUTLINE}}
</outline>

For each slide give me:
- A headline that states the point, not the topic. "Costs doubled in Q3" beats "Q3 costs".
- At most three bullets, at most twelve words each. Fewer is better.
- A speaker note of two or three sentences — what I say out loud, not a repeat of the bullets.

Rules:
- No slide whose only content is a section title.
- No bullet that is a complete sentence with a full stop.
- If a slide needs more than three bullets, it is two slides. Split it.

Why it works

Headline-states-the-point is the single highest-value slide rule there is, and models follow it well once told. Left alone they produce topic labels, which make a deck that cannot be read without the speaker.

The “speaker note is not a repeat of the bullets” instruction prevents the most common waste: notes that just read the slide back.
